Q- How does this process work?

A- After contractual agreement, we submit a Letter of Engagement, to be completed by those who will have any input in the contracting/hiring decision. This document includes information not included in a job description, such as where would you like the successful applicant to have worked. We want to know the interview process, what current employees like best about working for the company, and other relevant information prepare applicants for the interviews. Using this, we locate the best candidates to fulfill your needs, considering their professional abilities, personality, and attempting to match candidates who are compatible with your company’s culture.

Q- What is the anticipated timeframe?
A- In most cases, it will take 30-45 days to identify and present a quality candidate which meets your requirements. There are many variables that can extend or shorten this timeframe.

Q- Do you offer a guarantee?
A- Although we recommend candidates whom we believe are a good fit, we do offer a guarantee in the event that you are not satisfied in the first six months. Our guarantee is as follows: if you hire our recommended candidate, and cease the employment during the first 60 days, we will recommend another candidate for the same position for 45 days, with the same requirements, and same location completely free of charge. If the employment ceases between 90 and 180 days after first employment, we will replace them for half of our normal fee. The guarantee is not in effect if the position is downsized or if the position changes through no fault of the candidate.
